CXR Larus

CXR Telcom, which acquired Halcyon Communications in 1986 and Anderson Jacobson, Inc. in 1988, is a full service telecommunications company. In October 1997, CXR acquired a new division from the formerly known Critical Communications, Inc., which was founded in 1990. Critical Communications continue to create products with innovative user interfaces, state-of-the-art technology simplifying analog and digital circuit access and testing. All test products are designed to allow easy upgrade and enhancement as testing requirements evolve and are small, lightweight and hand held. The HALCYON test products provide all the critical test functions in one user-friendly package. All hand-held test products are wholly manufactured in the U.S.A. CXR product development facility is located in a turn-of-the-century facility in historic St. Charles, Illinois.

CXR products also include the network test system products for the AT&T ASPEN "True Voice" world wide switched telephone network, feature-rich, the high performance Anderson Jacobson modem product line, as well as T1 Channel Service Units, DSU Units, Network Test Systems and Protocol Analyzers.
